To the Editor:
I would like to thank the people of Brazil for their friendliness and compassion during the three years I have lived in the community.
This is without a doubt, the most friendly town I have ever lived in.
Everywhere I go, people go out of their way to be helpful. I would especially like to thank the lady who helped me in the courthouse by giving me a hug and saying a prayer for Jesus to give me strength.
I felt like you were a special angel sent by God at the very moment I needed it most.
I would also like to thank Eric Somheil, who has been my rock through the past two years.
So if people in Brazil have changed, I think it is only for the better.
