Reader thanks all for breathing life into scholarship fund

To the Editor:

Thank you for all the support that you have once again given to the Rob Denker Memorial Scholarship.

We met our goal!

The scholarship fund is now set for life. Each year, one high school senior will receive a $500 scholarship from this fund.

I cannot express enough gratefulness for all the time, energy and effort that Brad Deal and his family put into making this all a reality.

The golf scramble was a huge success! Rob was a wonderful man and this is truly a living legacy of his dedication to the youth of this area.

May we always "Shine for Jesus."
