Benefit organizers offer thanks for support

To the Editor:

We wish to thank our community for supporting our first annual Kidz Klozet benefit on Aug. 29, at the Brazil Nazarene Church.

We had a wonderful evening and a great crowd.

Many thanks to the ladies and gentlemen of the church for the delicious desserts you donated and for serving in the kitchen and the nursery during our event.

A huge thank you to the performers who donated their talents and time: Lori Smith, Crimson Cross, Jeff Bridgewater, Sam Glover, The James Family and His Voice.

We received wonderful donations of new clothing items for the Kidz Klozet as well as cash donations with which we will purchase needed clothing items. We wish now to share these items with any child in the community who has a need for clothes, shoes, coats or jackets.

To make a donation, you may drop them off at the Brazil Nararene Church, 1002 E. National Ave., Brazil.
