Other communities don't want to pay extra

To the Editor:

To whom it may concern about the new water hikes: Carbon, Harmony, Center Point, Knightsville.

The mayor is talking about doubling the rate hikes. We the communities of these don't vote for any of these city offices, so we don't have any say to this matter.

We are at the mercy of the City of Brazil, so they can set rates as they want, because it will not hurt the people that vote for them.

The fair way is to make all communities pay the same. We now pay more for water and sewage than Brazil.
