Is this something Brazil could offer?

To the Editor:

Greencastle is having this event: Hometown Dental to host free adult dental care event. Adults in need of dental care who believe they cannot afford it are invited to Greencastle Hometown Dental on Friday, Sept. 6. The Greencastle clinic will host a free dental care event.

Why can't Brazil do things like this to show appreciation for its residents?
