Volleyball coach issues thanks

To the Editor:

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank several local businesses for allowing the Northview volleyball team to paint their windows in support of our going to the semi-state: Riddell National Bank, Terre Haute Savings Bank, Lynn's Pharmacy, Bedwell Tire, Fun Time Scuba, Adamson's Laundry Mat, Kroger, McDonald's, Goodwill, Radio Shack, Shaw Chiropractic, Hibbett Sports, Car Quest, Sun Factory, Fiesta Hair Salon, Fusion Hair Salon, Coffee Grounds, Harper Studios, Hoosier Reality and Schurick's Heating and Cooling.

I would also like to thank Paula Morris for contacting all of these businesses to get their approval to do so.

Paula and her husband Mike also paid for the girls' dinner at Pizza Hut after they won the sectional.

I also wanted to thank Teresa Ringo for buying the girls their sectional shirts.

This was a magical year for Northview volleyball and so many people helped make it possible, most importantly though, a tremendous group of young ladies that represented Northview and Clay County extremely well on and off the court.
