Professional care from hospital

To the Editor:

On Thursday, Nov. 14, I was admitted to St. Vincent's Emergency Room for just more than two hours for a high pulse rate.

I immediately felt at ease with William, the doctor, nurse and the lady who takes your information.

They all went out of their way to make me so comfortable.

So nice, so police and so professional.

I am very grateful.
