National Blueberry Pancake Day at Towne Park
Food Service Director Maggie Dryer flipped lots of tasty pancakes Saturday morning as many local residents stopped by to visit and take part in the celebration of National Blueberry Pancake Day at Towne Park Assisted Living of Brazil. Dryer, who is a graduate of Vincennes University with a degree in Culinary Arts, has been serving meals for the residents at the facility since it opened in June. She said it was exciting to serve a steady flow of people who came out to enjoy a full breakfast, visit with the staff and residents and then take tours of the facility.
