Eagle Scouts honored by SAR

The John Martin Chapter of the Indiana SAR recently honored four Eagle Scouts from Troop 93 in Cloverdale with the SAR Certificate of Recognition. Each scout was recognized for their outstanding achievement in exceptional leadership and citizenship evidenced by the attainment of the rank of Eagle Scout. An Eagle Scout must earn a minimum of 22 merit badges, complete a service project and hold various offices within the scouting program. Only 4% of scouts ever achieve the rank of Eagle, which puts them in the category of Presidents, Astronauts, and business leaders.
