Vonna Marie Harper, 68, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 28, 2021, at her home. She was born on March 7, 1952 in Brazil, Indiana to the late Thomas and Mary Ann (Giltz) Dalton. Vonna graduated from Van Buren High School in 1970, and married John Harper on April 6, 1971. She was a member of the Annunciation Catholic Church.
