The Brazil Police Department Assistant Police Chief Dennis Archer confirmed the accident occurred shortly before 8 a.m.

According to Archer, an unidentified Brazil resident pulled over in the parking lot to eat breakfast when their SUV became stuck on a pallet of pavers on the east side of the parking lot near the garden area. While trying to get the vehicle free, the SUV jumped the curb, hit a tree before going down the hill, swerving to miss a nearby air conditioner unit, then hit an outbuilding behind Maurer Wellness Center, 555 East US 40.
