FREE COVID-19 Testing Site at Forest Park next week, limited vaccines available

IVY JACOBS PHOTO - The Clay County Health Department worked with the Indiana State Department of Health to hold a testing site at Forest Park last Novemeber.

Thursday afternoon the Indiana State Department of Health and Clay County Health Department announced there would be a FREE COVID-19 Drive Through or Walk-Up Testing site at Forest Park in Brazil, August 16-18 from noon to 8 p.m.

Ages 2 and up can be tested, but those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Limited amounts of the Johnsons & Johnson and Pfizer vaccine will be available each day.

This is the most recent nasopharyngeal testing site set up in Clay County during the COVID-19 pandemic. Once inside the park, follow the signs to the site area.
