VIDEO: VETERANS DAY PARADE 2021 AT EAST SIDE ELEMENTARY

What organizers are hoping to continue to build to become a bigger inclusive event, the staff, students, and a few local residents gathered at East Side Elementary, 936 East National Avenue, Brazil, Friday to honor VETERANS DAY.

The parade was rescheduled due to Thursday's weather, but that didn't dampen the spirit of the students who lined the campus to wave at vets gathered for the parade.

As the children sang and waved flags, the veterans drove by to pick up coffee, donuts, and a treat bag from the school.

Many veterans were emotional as they left, waving to the students.
