COVID-19 announcement

Since the Indiana State Department of Health’s COVID-19 Dashboard (www.coronavirus.in.gov) shows Clay County in YELLOW for the Weekly 2-Metric Score, The Brazil Times will not update the local data in the Tuesday edition of the newspaper.

The updates will continue in Friday’s edition, including the state, county, and school corporation’s data.

A link to ISDH’s daily updates will be added and available online at www.thebraziltimes.com.

NOTE: If Clay County should return to the RED ADVISORY LEVEL, The Times will continue the updates in each edition of the newspaper.

  • Why not publish the obviously "good" news of Yellow and Blue? It seems that the Times is only interested in publishing the "bad" news on COVID and continuing to stoke fear among the uniformed sheep. After all of the BS that the China Virus has put us through over the last 2 years, why not publish the moves to Yellow or Blue and celebrate the coming end of the biological weapon attack?

    We have published all ratings of each level twice a week. Now only doing it once a week, regardless of level.
