Bradley Eaglin

With warrant charges of intimidation, harassment, stalking, and invasion of privacy in three counties, local authorities are still looking to find Bradley Eaglin.

The Brazil Police Department posted on social media requesting the public’s assistance in looking for Eaglin on December 13.

Eaglin, 41, Brazil, is wanted in Clay County on four active warrants issued out of Clay Superior Court last summer from June 7 to July 7, including allegations of incidents involving invasion of privacy-violating a protective order.

Vigo County Superior Court 4 has four active warrants for Eaglin.

Eaglin faces numerous allegations of stalking - violating terms of a bond and a no-contact order and invasion of privacy-violating a no-contact order. These warrants were issued in July, August, and October 2021.

In Sullivan County Superior Court, Eaglin has an active warrant issued in November 2021 for allegations of intimidation - threat to commit a forcible felony and harassment - using a computer network or other electronic communication.

“We are looking for Eaglin, as well as other agencies,” said Police Chief Clint McQueen. “Eaglin is considered to be violent and dangerous.”

The local police department issued the following statement with regards to if anyone knows where Eaglin is or comes in contact with him:

If you see this man, do not approach him.

Call local law enforcement authorities immediately or when it is safe to do so.

Although it appears the allegations Eaglin is facing have been escalating over the past few months, McQueen said he is “presumed innocent until proven guilty in a Court of Law.”
