Winter Weather Advisory issued February 23 at 4:23 PM EST until February 25 at 4:00 AM EST by National Weather Service Indianapolis

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THURSDAY TO 4 AM EST FRIDAY

* WHAT...Mainly snow over northern counties of central Indiana with accumulations of up to 3 inches. Mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain central counties, with an inch or two of snow/sleet and around a tenth of an inch of ice possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east-central, north central, southwest, and west central Indiana.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Thursday to 4 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the evening commute, continuing overnight.
