Route 40 Festival is this weekend

Monday, September 12, 2022

The 6th Annual Route 40 Fest will take place this Saturday from 11am to 7pm.

For one day, members of the public can plant their feet on historic US Route 40 in Brazil, Indiana! This downtown festival always provides families tons of enjoyment, with live entertainment, a cruise-in, food trucks, craft vendors, kids activities, and more.

Brazil Main Street is bringing some NEW fun to the 6th Annual Route 40 Fest. A revamped “Fun Zone” will include an Axe Throwing Trailer, Dunk Tank, Spyder Jump, Train, and Inflatables!

Tickets for these attractions will be sold on the day of the festival. In addition, the Clay County Humane Society will hold a dog adoption area.

The live entertainment this year is going to bring the heat:

Berea Christian Church - 11am

Big Fun Band - 1:15pm

Shane Lunsford Band - 5pm

The Wabash Valley Rodders Car Club will host the event’s Cruise-In, which will run from 11am - 4pm. This is your chance to park your car along the historic road.

Additionally, there are over 130 vendors this year, which breaks our record! Brazil Main Street expects this to be the largest and best Route 40 Fest yet!
