TERESA ANN EDER Terre Haute, IN

Teresa Ann Eder, 61 of Terre Haute, passed away January 14, 2023 at 4:28 am in her home surrounded by her family. She was diagnosed with lung cancer this past July. She had completed treatment, but a cure was not to be.

Teresa was born October 7, 1961 in Terre Haute, the daughter of David and Helen Norman Bauer. She graduated from Terre Haute North Vigo High School.

In 1992, Teresa was united in marriage to Richard “Rick” Eder. They both have worked at the Great Dane, Brazil Plant. Teresa was an organized lady and she very much was the center of their family. She liked to plan camping trips to Sullivan Lake where the golf cart was used and boating made for a great day. She also enjoyed their trips to Myrtle Beach and Orange Beach for a relaxing beach vacation.

Wherever Teresa was, she had her nails done and her pretty rings on her hands.

Survivors include her husband Rick Eder of Terre Haute; their children, Ricky Eder and wife Brittney, Brian Eder and wife Whitney, and Alicia Eder (Kyle Dite); grandchildren, BrittLee Eder, Karlia Eder, R. J. Eder, Emmalee Eder, Brian Michael Eder, Kelsey Eder, Keegan Chambers, Benjamin Eder, Brilee Eder, Ashton Grigsby, Braylyn Grigsby, Hayden Grigsby; great-grandchild, Luka Donnar; two brothers, David Bauer, Jim Norman (Dawn Ann); nieces, nephews and other extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister-in-law Stephanie Bauer.

Services will be held January 21, 2023 at 1:00pm at the Lawson-Miller Chapel with Brandon Norman officiating. Burial will follow at Restlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be January 21, from 11-1:00.
