CLUBS: Brazil Associate Chapter of Tri Kappa

The Brazil Associate Chapter of Tri Kappa held their March meeting on Monday, March 6th at Pappy’s.

President Roxanna Yocom called the meeting to order with the opening song, verse and prayer.

A wonderful dinner was enjoyed by 18 hungry members!

Secretary Celeste Thomas read the minutes from our February meeting, which were approved.

Treasurer Mary Ann Froderman gave the treasurers report, which was also approved.

There was no correspondence this month.

The Active Chapter is holding a style show April 15th at Clay County Fairgrounds.

This will be a fun event with dinner and wine tasting! Please contact any active member for ticket information!

Tickets will also be available at Riddle National Bank.

Tri Kappa State Convention is being held at French Lick April 21-23 and we have several members attending.

President Roxanna has order forms for State Convention T-shirts for anyone attending!

Our discussion continued with our standard funeral home carnation versuses a wreath.

President Roxanna will do more research and hopefully vote next month.

We will hold our Chapter memorial service at our May meeting for Tri Kappa sisters who have passed during the last calendar year.

Our meeting was closed with all reciting the closing verse.

Our next meeting will be April 3 at Pappy’s.
