Brazil City Police

The Brazil City Police Department is currently searching for an individual from the Brazil area.

Nicholas Purtell, 40, Brazil has an active warrant for his arrest for failing to appear in Clay Superior Court for the crimes of alleged various felonies, including sexual misconduct with a minor, criminal confinement, resisting law enforcement, and battery by bodily waste on a public safety official.

Purtell is described as a white male, approximately 5’11”, about 185 pounds, with bluish-grey eyes, and brown hair.
