Summer Kickoff opens with a bang

For a birthday party that got out of control, A Kick Off to Summer Event & Concert was met with a large crowd of people Saturday.

Kevin Stallcop's idea for something big to celebrate his wife Donna's 50th Birthday is a hit with the public.

One Forest Park visitor yelled, "I come to these things for the food and to visit with friends. Howdy, everyone!"
