Recently, the Election Board passed a resolution to only hold elections in the precincts with contested races. The local election will be held only for precincts Brazil 1 (Ward 1), Brazil 2 (Ward 1), Harrison 1 (town of Clay City) and Van Buren 2 (town of Knightsville).
