THOMAS EUGENE POWELL Seelyville, IN

Thomas Eugene Powell, 51, of Seelyville, Indiana, passed away on November 29, 2023 following a lengthy illness.

Tom was born on June 26, 1972, in Brazil, Indiana the son of Philip Dean and Martha (Batchelor) Powell. He graduated from Northview High School with the class of 1991. Tom worked at Great Dane Trailers for several years then for Hoosier Installers where he installed decals on trailers all over the United States.

When he wasn’t working, Tom enjoyed working on model cars, playing pranks, and hanging out with family and friends.

Tom is survived by his wife Amy; three kids: Thomas Powell, Michaela Powell, and Kathryn Powell; a brother Charlie Powell (Dede); a sister Deana Powell; mother Martha Stevens; as well as many friends and extended family members.

Visitation will be at French Funeral Home, 421 E. National Ave. Brazil, Indiana 47834, on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Services will follow at the funeral home, at 1:00 PM with Pastor Doug Davis officiation. Burial will follow at Bee Ridge Cemetery.
