TOP STORY OF THE DAY - A new twist on a bridal show
“Local businesses can work together to bring their best products and services to the public at great prices” is the idea behind a unique bridal show.
“Tie The Knot Bridal Tour” is January 13, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at White Pine Manor, 7831 North State Road 59, Brazil, and Honeysuckle Hill Bee-Stro, 6367 North Murphy Road, Brazil.
In 2022, White Pine Manor held a Bridal Show, and more than 100 people were waiting for the doors to open.
“Having a wedding venue was a dream of mine for many years,” said JoAnn Wilkerson, White Pine Manor’s founder. “My goal is to help every bride have her dream wedding - big or small - at an affordable price. I wanted the bride to enjoy every second of her day, and once they pass our gate, they become family, loved, valued, and appreciated.”
Besides helping a bride experience a stress-free day, Wilkerson explained she also wanted to work with other vendors, helping them to succeed.
“There is plenty of business to be had in the wedding industry. Why can’t we all work together,” said Wilkerson about the tour. “It is a multi-layered business. So, we are all about community and non-competition. We are all about building each other up and caring for the bride.”
The magic of White Pine Manor isn’t confined to four walls, and tour guests can experience the raw beauty of the outdoors or the classic elegance of a barn wedding.
“We will have multiple wedding professionals at both locations, all excited to meet you and help you create your dream wedding,” said Wilkerson. “You can plan your entire wedding in one fun-filled day.”
More than 30 professional vendors will be available on tour, with several gift basket drawings throughout the day and a “FREE WEDDING” given away by White Pine Manor (venue only and new brides only).
The bridal show is free to the public and promises to be a memorable experience.
