Child molestation allegations filed on Brazil man.

The Indiana State Police began an investigation after a report of an underage male and female, both 14, were molested.

Forensic interviews were conducted, and Putnamville ISP detectives brought the case to the Clay County Prosecutor’s Office.

Tyler Maybaugh, 34, Brazil, was arrested without incident early Thursday afternoon.

Maybaugh was taken into custody without incident on three counts of level 4 felony charge of Child Molestation with a $25,000 cash bond.

Maybaugh is currently booked in at the Clay County Justice Center, and awaiting formal court proceedings.
