Fourth-Grade Ag Day

Clay County fourth-graders participated in annual Ag Day festivities on Friday at the Clay County 4-H Fairgrounds. Students found out how important agriculture is in the production of pizza. They visited different stations where they learned how wheat is planted and harvested, how farmers get milk and cheese from cows, and about different cuts of meat and the overall nutritional value.
