Sweet Feast 2022 Cake Contest

The best cake in Brazil this year was Jodi Lohrman, owner of Honeysuckle Hill Bee-stro, at Sweet Feast, on Sunday, Sept. 11, where eight local bakeries competed for the top prize. Lohrman donated her $400 prize back to CASA of Clay County. The contest was held at White Pine Manor and organized by owner JoAnn Wilkerson. Wilkerson said they sold all 100 tickets in 24 hours, and that the $1,000 raised will also be donated to CASA of Clay County. Second place prize was $200 and went to Sprinkles and Swirls, owned by Tracy Pattengale. Third place and a $100 prize went to Bite this Bakery and owner Kassie Gunn.
