Board sets year-end school calendar (04/11/03)
Clay Community Schools Board Superintendent Thomas Rohr set the year-end school calendar and presented the dates at Thursday night's regular meeting. The last day of school for students is May 28. In an unusual 4-3 split, Clay Community Schools Board voted last night to cancel non-permanent teacher contracts. Terry Barr, Len Fischer, Ted Jackson and wild card Steve Grigsby won the decision over Bob Atkinson, Jon Hull and Joe Thomas. Guard members coming home (04/11/03)
The 181st Fighter Wing is coming Home! Approximately 200 members of the Indiana Air National Guard Unit were deployed to Incirlik Air Force Base in Turkey, in late January.
