Brazil City employee Jim Croy shovels trash from a yard on N. Ashley. The owners will have to pay the cost of the clean up because they did not respond to notification by the City Zoning and Planning Department in a timely manner. Brazil City workers had to clean up the yard of Don and Karen Sutherlin at 912 N. Ashley St. Jan. 13. The Clay County Sheriff's Department would like to make the citizens of the Clay County area aware that they have recently had a few incidents of dogs being stolen. In the past few weeks, at least four rather expensive dogs have been stolen from the area. These animals were left outside, unattended, and none were tied up or fenced in at the time of the thefts...
