Street paving postponed (10/17/11)
A street paving project in Brazil has been put on hold. According to Brazil Park Board member Linda Messmer, the street paving at Forest Park, scheduled to begin Tuesday, has been postponed. Officials concerned with theft of signs (10/17/11)
Officials with the Brazil City Police Department (BCPD) have been dealing with a few extra thefts in recent days. On Monday, BCPD Chief Larry Pierce informed The Brazil Times of the stealing of a handful of political signs. "It's probably pranksters, I want to hope," Pierce said.
