'Small increase' likely in trash collection rates

Brazil residents can expect "a small increase" in their trash collection bill, Mayor Brian Wyndham said during Wednesday's public hearing on the issue in the City Hall. Final rates won't be known for about 30 days, he said, but he anticipates the current bill to increase from $13 to $15 per month and stay at that amount for five years.
