VFW Loyalty Day parade scheduled for April 30

The Loyalty Day Parade is on the schedule, with plans for Saturday, April 30. Jill Gilbert, Quartermaster at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1127, is excited for the upcoming event and hopeful. “I think the Loyalty Day Parade was the first event in Spring, and people were excited to get out after COVID-19,” she said, although the numbers were peaking at that point. “I think people were just happy to get out and do something.”...
