In regard to Jaqui Griffith's letter Monday, Oct. 3, 2011:
I agree. All food vendors or food handlers should wear gloves and hair restraints and practice serve-safety.
But, she really should have eaten at the firehouse, where they served fish.
It was the best fish ever. Baked beans and homemade coleslaw.
And they practiced serve-safety. Thank you.
