Thank you from Habitat for Humanity

To the editor:

Habitat for Humanity of Clay County wishes to thank the community for supporting their Jonah Fish Fry on April 13th. We thank The Brazil Times, Clay City News, Hi-99, Terre Haute Tribune, Riddell National Bank, Terre Haute Savings Bank and Cheryl Steuerwald for advertising for us.

We thank Riddell National Bank and Terre Haute Savings Bank for their donations of cups, napkins and selling tickets.

Thanks to the many local churches and individuals for providing delicious desserts. Many individuals donated items, stood in long lines, came through our drive through, or helped served.

We also thank Kroger for the donation of bread, Jack’s Fine Food for the donation of slaw, Dairy Queen for the donation of ice, and Tabco for their donation of tickets for our event.

As we begin a new house, we continue to need the support of this community.

We are thankful for those of you who give in any way. Clay County is very generous and continues to help us when needed.
