COVID-19 STATE UPDATES April 17, 2020

Gov. Eric Holcomb announced Friday during his daily press conferences (Monday-Friday) that the stay-at-home order for Indiana will be extended until May 1. The announcement was made during his daily briefing.

Holcomb also said there will be tweaks in the days ahead.

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) is closely monitoring a pandemic of the 2019 novel (new) coronavirus or COVID-19. The results are as of April 16, 2020, 11:59 pm. Dashboard updated daily at 12:00 p.m. at www.coronavirus.in.gov/.

New positive cases, deaths, and tests have occurred over a range of dates but were reported to ISDH in the last 24 hours.

ISDH is working with federal and local partners, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to respond to this evolving public health situation.
