Kuppler, Moody win tightly played 2-man best ball tournament

A perfect weekend for golf greeted 88 golfers at Forest Park in Brazil for the annual 2-man best ball tournament. Perfect conditions made for some low scores as Colton Kuppler and Jace Moody from Sullivan along with Troy Farris and Chris DeHart of Brazil both had scores of 60 on Saturday going into the second round on Sunday with still only a two-shot lead. All players in the championship flight were within four shots of the lead.

Moody and Kuppler had a 62 on Sunday to edge Farris and DeHart who shot 63. Other flight winners were Carr and Baker in the first flight; Pearson and Klusner in the second flight; Bird and Stark in the third flight; Price and Johnson in the fourth flight.
