With COVID-19 still an important topic when it comes to high school sporting events – let alone daily life – numerous members of the Clay County area have reached out regarding protocols that will be put into place for 2021. Listed below are the protocols Northview will begin the school year with:

“We are trying to stay ahead of the ever changing world we are living in. Currently, we do not have any restrictions other than the normal precautions everyone is taking with distancing, handwashing/sanitizing etc. Face masks are currently recommended for all inside events but are not required. There is a federal mandate for masks on a bus so all athletes will have to mask to and from events. Concessions will be back to normal so hopefully we can have a good year.

Cash tickets will be available at the gate, however several schools on our schedule are continuing with online only tickets so fans need to stay up-to-date and follow our social media. Website: www.northviewknightsathletics.com Twitter: @knightsath

We will be offering season passes thru event link. You will be able to purchase an adult pass 75.00, Senior pass (65 and over) 50.00, and students (k-12) 25.00 at https://sites.eventlink.com/s/northview-high-school/purchase-passes

You will be able to save your pass to your phone or print it off. These passes are for Northview High School event only. Please contact the athletic office at 812-448-2661 ext 1205 if you have any questions.

Listed below are the protocols Clay City will begin the school year with:

“Currently – no restrictions at Athletic Events.

We will continue to thoroughly clean and sanitize everything and everywhere. Masks optional, including indoors. We will offer free sanitizer and masks at each entrance for anyone. We will continue to encourage social distancing where possible.

As you know…this is a fluid situation and things could change at a moment’s notice, as we’ve seen the past year. We will keep all posted on any changes.
