VIDEO: Santa's Christmas greeting for the young at heart

IVY JACOBS PHOTO - Michael Moon, whose first birthday was Saturday (December 18), had just woken up to see the jolly old elf, Santa Claus, Sunday at Posey Township Volunteer Fire Department. Parents Ella Moon was helping make sure Michael was enjoying his visit with Santa while dad, Charles, was taking pictures.

Santa was at the Posey Township Volunteer Fire Department Sunday, December 19, for “Cookies with Santa.”

The Times also learned that Santa was there Saturday night to help the volunteer firefighters spread early holiday cheer to local families in need. Children were able to spend time and share their “Wish List” with the jolly elf himself, enjoy some refreshments, and, of course, take home a special gift.
