Bridge Festival traffic & the economy

Monday, October 24, 2022

To The Brazil Times:

A few times it was necessary to go too a business for shopping in Brazil, so in order to avoid any heavy traffic on RT. 59 we took side streets. This Particular day we decided to try going across Hendricks at RT 59 and to our surprise, no traffic and very few people, or for that also few places were open.

WHAT IS GOING ON?

Well in my opinion it’s the economy. I have seen more people at local garage sales than the Covered Bridge.

In just general conversation most people agree that the economy, all aspects of it, gas, food, lodging, high prices etc., are too blame. And what or who caused this National situation we are in?

Could it be we are going into a Recession or are we in it already.

Why, why. Why?

Well, I think we all know the answer to these questions at least those who are honest about the elected officials we have in office now. I don’t care what your party of choosing is, do you want to get our country in a worse condition for years to come or live the life we had before.

When our elected officials do nothing about our problems and those to come, we will no longer be a free country of people who make their own decisions on how they want to live.

I and many like me fought and some died to protect all our rights to live free and with no government interference. Some are still doing this.

The Government has no right to do what they are doing to this country. Wake up citizens to what is happening and look ahead.
