James L. Hudson, formerly of Brazil, Indiana, passed away peacefully at his Traverse City, Michigan, home on October 4, 2023, surrounded by his family and loved ones.

He graduated from Brazil High School, where he was a noted student-athlete. He was the son of Ina and Hershel Hudson of Brazil.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Lois, his sisters Dorothy and Linda of Brazil, his sister-in-law Arlene Hudson of Martinsville, Indiana, and son-in-law Greg Boling.

He is survived by his brother John Hudson of Martinsville, Indiana, as well as his son Tom Hudson, daughters JoAnn Selega and Janet Boling, 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
