DEBRA JEAN MUNCIE, Brazil, IN

Debra Jean Muncie, 68, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2024 at Hutsonwood of Brazil surrounded by her family. She was born in Brazil, Indiana on July 20, 1955 to the late Owen and Mary (Wright) Muncie. Debbie attended Brazil High School and worked at several restaurants in the area, but most recently at the Hwy. 40 Grill.

She loved to work, but in her free time she enjoyed crocheting, bowling, baking, going to the casino, and spending time with family and friends. Debbie was preceded in death by her sisters, Marilyn Graverson, Bertha Head, Dixie Raab, and Eunice Morgan; as well as her brother, Ronnie Muncie.

Survivors include her daughters, Sandy (Robert) Buchanan, Jeanetta (Chris) Hill, Amber (Jason) Buchanan, Bridget (Jeremy) Torbert Franck, and Lynn (Mike) Geraci; boyfriend, Dan Corrie; brother, Owen Muncie; and sister, Deloris Ray; 24 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil with Pastor John Pierce officiating. The family will accept friends for visitation on Tuesday from 5:00 P.M. until the time of service. Online condolences may be expressed at www.moorefuneralhomes.com.
