Milan Lee Tyler, 73, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute. He was born on August 28, 1950 in Greencastle, Indiana to the late Darrell and Ruby Rosemary (Jones) Tyler. Milan graduated from Cloverdale High School in 1969. In his early years he worked for Greencastle Manufacturing, and Borkeholder Buildings before starting his construction business, and later being the co-owner of Blackfoot Construction. He was still currently working for E&H Construction Services.

Milan loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He enjoyed watching basketball, riding his Harley, being outdoors, and was an avid collector. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Tyler; sister, Myrna Sutherlin; brother-in-law, David Sutherlin; grandson, Michael Bell; and his beloved dog, Mo.

Survivors include his wife, Jackie Tyler of Brazil; daughter, Tammi (Chuck) Hubble of Cloverdale; sons, Gary Bell of Brazil, Mike (Andre) Bell of Clay City, William Bell of Poland, Brian Montgomery of Cloverdale, and Adam (Mindy) Tyler of Crawfordsville; aunt, Donna “Donnie” Savage; twenty grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil. The family will accept friends for visitation on Wednesday from 3:00 P.M. until the time of services. Online condolences may be expressed at www.moorefuneralhomes.com.
