ALICE FAY GILTZ, Clay County, IN

Alice Fay Giltz, 86, passed away May 4, 2024 surrounded by her family. Alice was born to the late Everett and Beulah (Bemis) West on April 18, 1938.

Alice worked for many years as a private home health aide. She also worked for

Clay Community School Cooperation as janitor. Alice was known for making

noodles. In her free time, she enjoyed attending the Forest Park Band Concerts.

She also enjoyed reading romance novels and playing bingo.

Alice is preceded in death by her parents, and a son, Jackie Patterson.

Alice is survived by her two children, Michael Giltz and Allison “Jody” Lee (Gene) grandchildren, Travis Lee Turner (Lisa), Anthony Michael Turner (Courtney), T.J. M. Lee, Nykola L. Patterson, Zachary D. Patterson, multiple great grandchildren, and a sister Leatha Brown, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, May 8th from 11 – 1 at French Funeral Home,

421 East National Avenue in Brazil. Cremation will follow.
