Harmony passes "clean" ordinance

Based on an ordinance it passed Tuesday, the Harmony Town Council hopes to keep the town clean. The council unanimously passed ordinance 2007-3, regarding "junk, trash, vehicles, buildings, weeds and other detrimental conditions" for the town. The ordinance, written by town attorney Eric Somheil, was designed to "prohibit the maintenance or existence of junk, trash, abandoned cars, trailers or other vehicles, noxious or unsightly weeds, dangerous or dilapidated buildings and structures within the incorporated areas of Harmony.". ...
