Woman transported to Methodist following accident (10/31/11)
A woman was transported via Air Evac to Methodist Hospital following an accident Monday morning. At approximately 9:15 a.m., officials were dispatched to the intersection of United States 40 and County Road 225 W, following the incident. According to Indiana State Police Trooper Chip McKee, it was believed the woman pulled out onto U.S. 40 in front of a truck carrying wooden skids...
UPDATE: Officials investigating shooting (10/31/11)
POLAND -- Officials are still piecing together a shooting, which took place Sunday near the Poland area. According to Clay County Sheriff Mike Heaton, no one has been arrested at this point and no charges have been filed. "This is still under investigation," Heaton said. "No arrests have been made yet due to conflicting stories."...
