I owed the state of Indiana for back taxes, $151.29, and other fees of $13.30 and county fees of $28 bringing the total to $192.59. My grandfather drove 52 miles round trip to give them a money order for the full amount of $192.59. One week later they sent a bill saying I owed 2 cents, and they were going to charge me 1 cent a day interest...
