New Life Assembly of God will be adding playground equipment and a basketball court for the kids in the Clay City community. On June 10th and 11th, at the annual Clay City yard sales, New Life AG at 906 Washington Street, corner of Washington Street and 9th Street, will have Momma Mary’s Kitchen food truck and Heavenly Shake-ups, the best shake-ups around. As Northview arrived at Linton’s Phil Harris Golf Course Monday morning for the boys golf sectional, it marked the first time any of the Knights aboard the bus had played in a postseason tournament. Neither Northview nor Clay City finished in the top three of the team scoring to advance onto Thursday’s regional held at Washington’s County Oaks Golf Course, but as the last of the scores were being written onto the big boards, it was determined Northview’s Lane Notter would be placed in a four-way playoff along with Linton’s Blake House and White River Valley’s Michael Solliday and Jake Antibus to see who would be the third individual to advance out of the sectional.. ...

Brazil man awaits formal court proceedings in jail
