City crash injures three (10/23/03)
Three ambulances can be seen following a crash at the intersection of Church and Meridian streets Wednesday afternoon. Three people were injured. Three people were injured in a four-vehicle crash around 3:15 p.m. Wednesday. While four-vehicle crashes in Clay County are not unheard of, they are unusual and this one happened in a business/residential area, near The Brazil Times building, at the corner of Meridian and Church streets...
Truck runs into ditch (10/23/03)
A semi sets on the road shortly after being pulled out of a ditch on CR 900 Tuesday. An officer on the scene told The Times that the truck's driver claimed to have swerved to avoid a car that had crossed the center line. The officer also said that it took two hours to remove the truck from its spot in the ditch. No one was injured in the accident...
