Ivy Herron photo Around 6 p.m. Saturday, the Clay County Justice Center's front yard was invaded by a flock of neon hot pink flamingos. The letter explaining the gift was signed by "The Forensic Flockers." After raising $15,000 for the American Cancer Society last year, Terre Haute Dr. Stanley R. Drake's office is placing flamingos in different yards on behalf of the American Red Cross because of Hurricane Katrina's devastation last year and the impending hurricane season...
