One dies following accident on SR 59

CLAY COUNTY -- A Rochester, Ind. man died in a car crash at the intersection of State Roads 42 and 59 in Brazil on Thursday. According to officials, the accident occurred at approximately 1:15 p.m. Officials said the driver of the SUV, heading south on SR 59, apparently disregarded the stop sign at the intersection of SR 59 and SR 42.
